Who we are
King of Kings runs kingofkingsfc.com. In this notice, “we” means King of Kings. If you have a question about your information, write to us through the contact page.
What we collect
Only what you give us. When you join the list or sign up for news, we collect your email address and, if you choose one, a size preference. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and your message. When customer accounts and checkout open, sign-in and payment happen through Shopify, which handles your name, email, address, and order details. Card numbers are never entered on this website.
Why we use it
To tell you when the YESHUA Collection releases, if you asked to hear. To reply to your message. To run your account and your orders once those are open. We send news and offers only if you opted in, and every one of those emails lets you unsubscribe.
Who handles it for us
Signups and contact messages are stored in a Google Sheet that only we can open, so Google processes them on our behalf. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and working. Accounts and orders, when they open, are handled by Shopify. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and browser storage
Your bag is kept in your own browser so it is still there when you return. When accounts open, a secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers today. If we add analytics later, they will load only after you accept them, and declining will keep them off.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than 24 months unless they relate to an order. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will reply within 30 days. You can leave the email list at any time from the link in any email or from your account page.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
