About these terms
These terms cover your use of kingofkingsfc.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The collection today
The YESHUA Collection is not on sale yet. The price shown is the planned retail price and may change before release. Joining the list does not reserve a jersey or commit you to buy one.
Orders, when they open
Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. If a price or product is shown in error, or an item is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Shipping and returns are described on their own pages, and you will see the final price, shipping, and taxes before you pay.
Accounts
Sign-in is handled by Shopify, using Shop or a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure, because it is how you sign in. We may close an account that is used to misuse the site.
Using the site
Do not try to break or overload the site, get around its security, collect its content automatically, or submit false information. Do not use the forms to send spam.
Our designs
The King of Kings name, the crest, the jersey designs, and the photographs on this site belong to King of Kings. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our designs onto other goods.
Scripture
Scripture on this site is quoted from the King James Version.
Responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
